Every part of your job has a Velasco on it. The estimate, the permits and paperwork, the call to schedule, and the operator in the machine. The people doing the work are the people whose name is on the truck.
The things that decide how a job holds up are the ones nobody sees on the last day: how the fill was compacted, what went back in the hole, which way the grade drains. We get those right because we have spent our careers seeing what happens years later when they are not.
We fill in measured lifts and document it, haul to certified facilities and keep the tickets, and put the scope in writing before we break ground. The quote is itemized, and it is the price.
