Off your site before the next trade shows up.
Structure, slab, and pool demolition for general contractors, project managers, and homeowners across the Bay Area and Sacramento. Licensed, insured, and off your site on the date we gave you.
- Work to your scope, permits pulled, inspections passed
- Certified haul-off with weight tickets on request
- Show up when we commit and communicate throughout
- Site left clean, swept, and access restored
One crew, everything
down and gone.
If it needs to come out safely and leave the property clean, that is our work. The same care we bring to pool removal carries through every teardown.
Structure demolition
Garages, sheds, carports, and small outbuildings taken down to the ground, separated, and hauled off with the tickets to prove it.
Selective demolition
Interior strip-out and partial demolition where the building stays standing. Careful removal, protected finishes, tidy handoff to the next trade.
Pool demolition
Full or partial removal of gunite and concrete shells, engineered backfill placed in compacted lifts, documented for the file.
Concrete removal
Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs, and footings broken out and removed. Recycled at a certified facility wherever the material allows.
Haul-off & site clearing
Dirt, debris, and green waste removed. Overgrown or cluttered lots cleared for whatever comes next.
Rough grading, demo footprint
We leave the demolition footprint rough-graded and drainable. Finish grading, pads, and utilities are your grading contractor’s scope, and we say so up front.
Why general contractors call us.
Some weeks we are reclaiming a family’s backyard. Others we are the demolition sub a general contractor calls because we show up, work to the scope, and keep the site clean. Same crew, same equipment, same insistence on hitting the date.
We take the existing structure out and hand you a clean, documented footprint. Scope in writing, disposal tickets on request, and a schedule we hold so the next trade is not waiting on us.

What we do not do.
We hold a demolition license and we stay inside it. Saying this up front is cheaper for everyone than discovering it mid-project.
- Trenching and utility installation
- Finish grading and pad preparation
- Subgrade preparation for slabs or paving
- Foundation and footing excavation
- ADU or new-build site preparation
- Landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape construction
What that means for your schedule
We clear the site and leave the demolition footprint rough-graded and draining. Your grading or general engineering contractor takes it from there. If you need that trade too, tell us at the walkthrough and we will point you at someone we would hire ourselves.
For homeowners the same line applies to pool removal: the yard comes back rough-graded and ready for a landscaper, not planted.
